Class Information

Howard Goldstein Associates, Inc. provides classes in both public seminar, corporate onsite and web-based formats.

Classes

The course registration fee includes the class, the course workbook, and refreshments when available.  The registration fee varies based on individual course days and various individual and corporate discount schedules.  Contact HGAI for pricing information.

For seminars, registrants will be notified if a course is oversubscribed or canceled.  If not notified to the contrary, registration has been accepted.  Registration requests must be received at least 10 working days prior to the session.  Limited late and first day registrations may be available.  Please contact HGAI for details.

Payment may be made using one of the following methods:

Employer Billing: Employers may be billed after the class with pre-approved Purchase Order # or other arrangements.

Registration Payment

Individual and team synergy is encouraged.  A 10% discount is available for additional persons registering for the same course together.  

Multiple location discounts can also be arranged, providing consistent training for your entire team.  

Individual 10% discounts are available for students who enroll in multiple classes.  

Additional corporate discounts are available for students who enroll from a single corporation or organization together.   Please contact HGAI to discuss any of these options.

Discounts

Fees are fully refunded or can be credited to another course, if notification is received at least 30 calendar days prior to the session.

Cancellations occurring between 29 calendar days and 10 calendar days, are subject to a 20% penalty.  

Cancellations received within the 10-day period are subject to a 50% penalty.  

If for any reason HGAI is required to cancel a class, HGAI's liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.

Substitutes and transfers are allowed prior to the session without additional charges.

Substitutes & Transfers

Classes typically begin at 08:30 AM and end at 04:30 PM.  

Registration will begin at 08:00 AM on the first day.  

Refreshments will be served mid-afternoon when available.  Course will end at 03:30 PM on the last day.

Class Start & Stop Times

All expenses of continuing education including registration fees, travel, meals and lodging undertaken to maintain and improve professional skills may be tax deductible.  Check with your tax professional.

Tax Deduction

HGAI offers the highest quality training available.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, notify the instructor prior to the end of the first day and you may withdraw and receive a 100% tuition refund.

Guarantee

HGAI wants your educational goals met.  You may attend a course over again once at no additional charge. This policy would cover the following situations:

· Last minute rescheduling due to business/personal emergency

· Low  student satisfaction

· Other reasons subject to the approval of HGAI

 

 

Re-Take Pledge

Every HGAI course is available for presentation onsite at your facility.  

These direct onsite courses can be tailored to your specific requirements.  

In many cases, HGAI can provide all hardware, software, networking and audiovisual systems for a hands-on course or can use your existing computing and classroom environments.  

HGAI can provide custom course development as well.
